Liv will take you through a full body release to clear old patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you; then a meditation to set new intentions to create growth & expansion to prepare you for the upcoming cycle. The power of the crystal sound bowls will be incorporated though out the ceremony. The vibration of the bowls helps to break up heavy energies in the etheric body, leaving one feeling lighter, calmer and in complete bliss.
