Join us for our next Kid’s Yoga Sessions. This 5 week series provides a fun filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness, while teaching them tools including mindfulness and meditation. These classes will also help children to recognize anxiety and different feelings by bringing awareness to thoughts, feelings and actions. Kid’s Yoga is a great way for your child to unwind after a long school day!
