Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. You be relaxing laying down on your back with any props you desire, and you and all of your senses will be fully guided into a very deep relaxation and stress release.
