Beginner’s Yoga

Root to Rise Jan. 12
Join Krista Daneluz Vieira for a workshop on alignment and full-body core. Beginning with a grounding and energizing yoga practice, we will then break down techniques that can be used in any yoga posture to support and stabilize the pose from the ground up. This creates balance and connection in the body, ultimately helping to cultivate a practice that supports sustainability, longevity and healthy body mechanics for a lifetime of well-being.

Mom & Baby Yoga
Hey new Mommies! This yoga series is designed specifically for new moms and their new babies. This gentle class will focus on slowly rebuilding strength and toning your postpartum body, while incorporating some gentle stretches for your baby.
Come enjoy this special time for you and your little one. Babies from newborn up to crawling stage are welcome!

Buti Yoga – Next Round! Jan 9 – Feb 13
Buti is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics into a high energy practice that transforms the body from the INSIDE out. Buti yoga helps us tap into our inner power - our inner goddess - and unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with other women. The Buti Yoga movement methodology lets you become completely present, clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to allow each student shift their perspective of the world around them. It's about cultivating community of empowered women who support one another. Join us in our new 6 class series every Wednesday evening from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
